I have been trained and certified as a Professional Home Stager. Each client that lists with me will receive a complimentary Professional Home Staging Report (valued at $250). This is not a two page letter, but rather I take approximately 3 hours detailing your home and then another two days putting this report together for you. You may then implement the plan on your own, or I can recommend a couple of local companies to assist you in staging your home, based on the recommendations in the report.

Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and 15 other websites, nationally and worldwide. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books.

Pricing a home correctly, the first time it is listed, is imparative, as there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
